Indication
As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria acervulina, E. maxima, E. necatrix, and E. tenella in broiler chickens.
Dosage
Poultry: For use in broiler chickens. Stenorol should be mixed into a secondary premix prior to incorporation in finished feed. Add 0.5 kg of Stenorol to each tonne of chicken feed. This produces a halofuginone hydrobromide content of 3 g/tonne in the finished feed which should be fed continuously as the sole ration.
Withholding times
Animals producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter either during treatment or within 2 days of the last treatment
Special Precautions
Wear suitable protective clothing buttoned to the neck, gloves, eye and face protection.
